These are the collection of web pages where one site has its own designated domain name under its URL. There are many types of websites mostly focused on delivering multimedia content and common examples of these site are YouTube, Google, school websites that has .edu on its extension and many more. Almost all of the websites have home pages where different links and web pages are connected with the site. The web pages are still under its URL but is stored in a different page separated from the homepage. The homepage acts as a gateway to other web pages for easier navigation.

There are many kinds of websites and one of these kinds are for socializing commonly called as social medias and these websites also offer multimedia where users can share . Some examples of these websites are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. There are some that are focused on video streaming like YouTube and Netflix that offers subscriptions for users who wants to binge watch their favorite or review some old or new movies. There are some that are focused on open source information like wikis and forums where users integrated with them can openly edit the site’s nature and define things they wanted to place in their specific web page like an info about how trains work or even the biography of someone famous. Schools also make sites where students and parents could go for more information about the school’s tuition or the events that would happen in the near future and these sites offer assistance concerning parents and students. There are also sites focused on buying stuff like Lazada where the site offers a wide range of products customers can choose from. Games are also a thing where a site is dedicated for playing games or a site offering games where users can buy, download then play them in their own personal computers.

These days websites are can be accessed by most of us even kids so watch out for sites that kids might explore on, it might not be good for them because violence are also showed in some sites kids might encounter. You should also keep in mind that surfing the web should come with knowledge and awareness to be able to avoid sites that will encourage you to do stuff you don’t want to or see sites that you shouldn’t see.
