PowerPoint

MS PowerPoint is a Microsoft Office app where users can go manage their presentations. This is used to edit the presentation’s animations, number of slides and its content. Users are able to use this to present their work whatever it is like presenting graphs or even a number of pictures with its definitions. Slides are projected by projectors or just by using your phones to mirror it on televisions that allows mirroring.

PowerPoint is always used in meetings where the user presents their work efficiently rather than writing stuff on a white board which is harder than just using PowerPoint to present your own work. This can also be used in classrooms where students present their research or project that their teacher told them to do. Teachers also use this to discuss the lessons clearly and most of the time, students are more focused when they see presentations rather than writing on a manila paper and cartolina that are always used before when presentations aren’t still popular.

I enjoy using PowerPoint and Presenting because it makes my life easier rather than me reading something that they can’t see and they always say that I need to illustrate the things that I report so I should need to write something in the black board or bring a picture with me. But still people need to present properly because if done wrong, the topic that you will present can’t be understand by the audience so just do it in a simple way and don’t exaggerate all the animations and things that you put in your presentation.
