Track and Field

Track and Field is a sport where running, jumping and throwing is associated. In running there are different types and styles. Sprinting and long run are included in running. Sprinting is done by running as fast as you can in short distances while long run is running for long distances while maintaining your pace and be the one who crosses the finish line first. Running is what I want to talk about today because this is the reason why this day is so exhausting

This day, we were instructed to train with two of the grade 12 in our school. Our training routine was so intense because in the same day, we ran more than 5k that was so exhausting due to the fact that this is my first time in running. My chest felt so heavy, I nearly fainted and my legs feels like its falling apart. Even though the training was so intense I managed to overcome it. After that day, I felt lighter because of the first intense training and I can manage to run the same distance without my body falling apart.

Running really is interesting and it taught me that giving up is an option. If you want to achieve your goal, you need to endure it till your last breath.
